Before becoming a fitness & nutrition coach, I spent 13 years as a registered nurse working in the acute care setting of a major hospital. I’ve seen firsthand how quickly health can spiral when women ignore their bodies, or aren’t given the tools to understand them. That’s why I don’t just coach based on trends or guesswork. I bring a foundation of clinical experience, evidence-based strategies, and lived wisdom into everything I teach.

Today, I work with women 40+ who are tired of feeling trapped in a body they feel miserable in. I help you reset your body, rewire your mindset, and reclaim the energy, strength, and confidence you thought you had to give up. This is about real change from the inside out.
