Before becoming a fitness and nutrition coach, I spent 13 years as a registered nurse working in the acute care setting of a major hospital. During that time, I saw firsthand how quickly health can decline when women ignore the signals their bodies are sending, or when they’re never given the tools to understand those signals in the first place.
That experience shaped the way I approach health today. I don’t coach based on trends or quick fixes. My work is grounded in clinical experience, evidence-based strategies, and a deep understanding of how the body actually works.
