LISA'S STORY

I’m Lisa, a wife, mom of four, registered nurse, and longtime health coach who has spent years helping women reclaim their strength, energy, and confidence.

But everything I thought I knew about “being strong” was tested the moment my own life fell apart.

A sudden cancer diagnosis.
Losing the ability to walk on my own.
Being handed a season I never asked for, one that shook every part of my identity.

In the middle of this crisis, I've had to rebuild a routine just to keep going. To keep myself from giving up. I felt painfully alone, trying to hold myself together while everything in my life was falling apart. I remember wishing so desperately that I had a community of women to lean on, women who understood what it felt like to face something terrifying and still have to show up for life.

So I created a simple daily routine to follow. And slowly, I began to heal. Not because life got easier, but because I learned how to anchor myself in a simple daily rhythm that kept me grounded, hopeful, and connected to the Lord, even when my world felt shattered.

Still You Thrive was born out of that season.
A place for women who are walking through their own storm: illness, grief, financial strain, caregiving, heartbreak, overwhelm and need somewhere to breathe, be supported, and find hope again.

I’m not leading from a mountaintop.
I’m leading from the middle of my own storm.
And because of that, I know how to walk with you through your's.
